With more than 20 years of dedicated service in the energy industry, Ms Ruiz has garnered significant recognition, notably featuring in Bloomberg's 'The 500 Most Influential People in Latin America' and Forbes' 'The 100 Most Influential Women in Mexico' lists.
Alex Saigh - CEO of Patria Investments
Alexandre Saigh is Patria’s Chief Executive Officer and a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Saigh is Patria’s co-founder and was responsible for the Private Equity division, overseeing it since inception to become Latin America’s leader and evolve to a global sector player. During these years he also acted as Chairman, CEO and CFO of several portfolio companies.
Personality of the Year Awards 2024
On 4th June 2024, our flagship event, the Personality of the Year Awards Gala Dinner, took place at Drapers' Hall.
Around 230 members and friends of the Brazilian Chamber celebrated the achievements of Alex Saigh, CEO of Patria Investments and Angelica Ruiz, President Latin America at bp.

Personality of the Year Awards 2023
On 13 of June 2023, around 200 members and friends of the Brazilian Chamber attended the Gala Dinner & Personality of the Year Awards at Drapers' Hall, where we celebrated the achievements of Tarciana Medeiros, CEO of Banco do Brasil, and Martin Gilbert, Chair of Revolut.
