Tax Committee

The Tax Committee serves as a qualified forum for Brazilian Chamber members —including companies, institutions, and individuals — to discuss tax issues of shared interest. It aims to raise awareness of relevant topics among government authorities, the media, and the public.

Within this scope, the Committee examines enacted tax legislation and its potential impact on cross-border investments between Brazil and the United Kingdom. It also addresses tax-related bills under consideration in Congress and analyses case law from the highest appellate courts.
