How women can build a successful career. What do we have to stand for? Do’s and Don’ts

Magui Castro was an Executive in big multinationals such as Ab-Inbev, P&G (Gillette), Mondelez (Nabisco), Coca-Cola and Kodak. First as Marketing, understanding the role she had to play in a men’s land, being constantly promoted,  and later as President, opening doors for future women in multinational companies. Currently she is a partner of the Executive Search firm, Caldwell, where she is focused on recruiting Presidents and Directors. On top of her telling us her story, and presenting us a short video of a journalist that wrote about “The Power of Meaning”, Magui will share with us her views of Do’s and Don’ts for women to build a successful career.

With more than 20 years as Executive of multinational companies in marketing and Managing Director positions, and 11 years in executive search, Magui Castro is a Partner of the London and São Paulo offices of Caldwell Partners Executive Search firm, and member of the Consumer, Retail and Life Sciences practices.  She is specialized in C-Level and board members. She is also a member of Women on Boards UK. Magui’s educational attainments include the Smith College’s Senior Executive Program in Northampton, MA, USA, and two post-graduate degrees – Marketing and Finance and Graduation in Literature.
